I had been having issues with my Chrysler Pacifica running loudly while idle. I had mentioned it a few times when I took it into the dealership for oil changes, etc. and they always told me that it was normal. I was tired of hearing "That's normal," and thinking I was crazy, so I took it into Ken at Krafftkare. Within 24 hours he had an answer and a fix for me, and for what would have cost me 4 x just as much just to figure out what the problem was, Ken was able to fix it, have it back to me and for a reasonable cost. Will skip the dealership from now on, and just go straight to Ken!
